Immersive Sound Course

Join Anna at The Goddess Rooms, in Margate Kent for a weekend immersion into frequency healing and all things sound. Anna has created a very special program for you. We will explore and study the practical and theoretical sides of this incredible modality.
You will deepen your connection to yourself, your mind and body, whilst also connecting with your bowls (don’t worry if you don’t have any of your own). You will begin to understand the different types of bowls that are available out there to buy alongside techniques used for playing. You will gain hands on experience throughout this weekend and learn how to play the sound bowls in a supportive and intuitive way.

What To Expect

Anna will show you how to set your space for playing, ensuring you are grounded, your physical and energetic space is clear and the session is set for your highest and best.

There will be plenty of play and developing your own intuition and sense of resonance with the bowls, whether this is new to you or you’ve been acquainted with this practice for a while.

This weekend course will focus mainly on your own connection with this practice and the development of your senses and sensations in exploring sound on a deeper level.

Please arrive 15 minutes early each day to get comfortable before the session begins.
