She offers a safe, supportive space to pause, share, and reconnect, guiding women to gently care for themselves through all stages of perimenopause and menopause.

This is not a course—it’s a safe circle to connect, reflect, and learn how to gently support yourself through perimenopause and menopause.

A gentle, welcoming space for women at every stage of life from your first cycle to your final transition. In this circle, you’ll find:

* A warm, safe, and supportive environment with women who truly understand.
* A non-judgemental space to share your experiences (or simply listen—your presence is enough).
* A community of like-minded, incredible women walking their own unique path.
* Clearing meditations to restore balance, calm, and connection to your body’s wisdom.
* Guidance on self-care through nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, and holistic practices tailored to each life phase.
* A deeper understanding of your body from menarche, through cyclic living, into perimenopause and menopause.

This circle is for you if:
* You are new to Women’s Circles
* You’ve attended many circles
* You are an experienced space-holder
* You are anywhere along the continuum of Menarche to Menopause (All are welcome, your lived experience is sacred and enough.)

Across ages and generations, our cycles shape us yet so much of this wisdom goes unspoken.  Menarche to Menopause is an invitation to reclaim these stories, honour your body’s transitions, and be held in a space where every phase of womanhood is celebrated.
