Amy is a Qigong practitioner who guides others to reconnect with their natural flow of energy and inner peace. Blending mindful movement, breath, and the restorative power of sound, she creates nurturing spaces for balance, clarity, and deep rest.
Her sessions weave ancient Qigong practices with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and voice, inviting harmony in body, mind, and spirit. Amy’s gentle presence and intuitive approach support each person’s unique journey back to wholeness. QiGong is an ancient Chinese method to take care of your mind and body, through gentle movement, breathing and meditation. Enabling us to develop strength, health and inner peace.

What To Expect
Through the beautiful crystal sound bowls you will be taken on an auditory journey inwards, as waves of pure sound wash over you. Taking you into a deep relaxation and meditation whilst clearing your energy centres and chakras.
These sessions have been carefully curated to take you deeper each time.
