Jessica is a devoted spaceholder who blends ThetaHealing®, Angelic Reiki, and naturopathic wellness to support women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and strength. Her healing journey deepened in 2020 when she trained with Tina Pavlou and The Goddess Rooms, igniting a profound personal transformation and a calling to hold space for others. Since joining Tina’s team in 2023, Jessica has played a key role in supporting clients, co-creating retreats, and nurturing a community rooted in empowerment and feminine healing.

With a gentle, grounded presence, Jessica creates safe, sacred spaces where women can share, soften, and heal, honouring both the physical body and the subconscious mind.
