These circles are lovingly guided by Jessica, who facilitates the Sacred Circles & Rituals training at The Goddess Rooms.

Jess brings deep experience in holding safe, nurturing, and transformative spaces for women. Through her devoted work supporting and assisting The Goddess Rooms, she weaves ritual, intuition, and grounded feminine wisdom into every gathering.

Her approach is gentle yet deeply present, rooted in the belief that true healing unfolds when women feel safe to soften, listen, and reconnect with themselves. Jess holds space with warmth, integrity, and reverence for each woman’s unique journey.

It is an honour for Jessica to welcome you into circle and to walk alongside this community of women moving with intention through 2026.

What To Expect

Each Sacred Circle is held with love and intention, providing a safe, nurturing space for women to slow down and simply be. You’ll experience guided reflection, gentle rituals for release and alignment, opportunities for embodied presence through breath, stillness, or movement, and optional sharing within a respectful, confidential circle. Each gathering is unique, shaped by the energy of the group, and invites you to move at your own pace, following what feels right for you.
